Modules and names

Project files

Declare a module with a name such as module app;. Import it with import shop.model as model;. Paths are relative to the entry file and must match declared module names. Access names through their module alias, for example model.Item.

Standard library

Import with a statement such as use std.string as text;. Use import for project files and use for standard modules. Keep a distribution’s bin/ and stdlib/ together.
